Pete, an accomplished Senior Vice President, seamlessly oversees daily construction operations for all phases of his data center portfolio, working closely with asset management and development teams.

He brings nearly three decades of widely diverse technical construction experience to AREP. Pete's strategic thinking and attention to detail have honed his expertise and inform his track record of successfully overseeing multi-billion-dollar mission-critical construction programs, including large and complex projects such as semiconductor fabrication plants, federal government departmental headquarters, and neuroscience research facilities.
