As Senior Vice President, Patrick leads data center site selection, due diligence, and master planning while also guiding transaction structuring and property closings for PowerHouse, AREP's data center platform.

Joining AREP in 2018, Patrick has over 30 years of development, planning, and construction experience. Over his career, Patrick has managed over $2 billion of construction, including several of AREP’s most technically complex mission-critical projects, including PowerHouse ABX-1, the US Customs & Border Protection headquarters, and the installation of over seventy miles of network infrastructure at Quantum Park - all located in the world’s leading data center market, Ashburn, Virginia
