Kyle Fleit

Kyle, the Managing Director of Acquisitions for AREP and PowerHouse, and is responsible for overseeing a team of colleagues to source, underwrite, finance, and acquire commercial real estate assets in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.

With over 20 years of experience, Kyle has been instrumental in the successful sourcing and closing of over 20 real estate transactions with an aggregate capitalization of approximately $2.0 billion comprising over 9 million SF in AREP’s target markets.
