To date, Greg and his team have successfully managed over $2.5 billion worth of construction, totaling over 22 million SF. Recognized in the industry for his exacting approach and technical expertise, Greg is specifically responsible for the successful delivery of some of AREP’s most complex and technically challenging projects; including the planning and third-party oversight for nine major data center developments in 4 metro U.S. markets, and the installation of over seventy miles of network infrastructure at Quantum Park in Ashburn, Virginia.
Before joining AREP in 2007, Greg was the Director of Construction & Project Management for AOL, where he was responsible for the firm’s construction and development activities across its 6 million SF global real estate portfolio including data center, software development center, call center and corporate headquarters construction in Beijing, Bangalore, London, Amsterdam, New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. Prior to joining AOL, Greg was a senior construction executive at Holder Construction, responsible for large-scale commercial data center projects.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from James Madison University and is a USGBC LEED-accredited professional. He is an active member of Infrastructure Masons (iMasons) as well as the Rosslyn Urban Design Committee. Greg also serves on the Board of Directors for the Rosslyn Business Improvement District.
