Louise joined the firm in 2019 as Vice President of Brand & Marketing and oversees all aspects and execution of AREP's brand strategy and integrated marketing communications. As a core member of the executive leadership team, Louise drives AREP's brand equity and impact internally and externally.

Louise leverages over 25 years of experience to build creative capital while strategically developing marketing and communications campaigns that elevate customer experience, deliver investor value, and engage audiences and community. Recognized by industry peers for her contributions and expertise, Louise has earned a reputation for delivering results through incisive analysis and a creative approach with equal parts discipline, collaboration, and unapologetic curiosity.

Prior to AREP, Louise was the VP of Integrated Marketing Communications for nationally ranked GC, Davis Construction. She successfully led all brand and IMC strategies including ESG communication and CSR policy and built an award-winning team, contributing to the company's revenue growth from $180M to over $1B annually. Before moving to the US, Louise led private event sales and PR campaigns for luxury hospitality brands in the UK and the Caribbean.

Louise holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Political Science with dual concentrations in Public Policy and Management from England's University of Brighton. She is an active member of CREW and Ellevate Network and previously held committee positions for CoreNet, NAIOP, SMPS, WBC, ULI, and USGBC.
