BDO Relocates Office to AREP’s Historic Candler Building

Firm’s move to Class A, 12-story landmark in the city’s CBD is a big win for downtown Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD - August 2022 – BDO USA, LLP, one of the nation’s leading accounting and advisory firms, has signed a lease with American Real Estate Partners (AREP) to relocate its Baltimore office to the Candler Building at 700 East Pratt Street, overlooking Baltimore’s iconic Inner Harbor. The professional services firm will move into the newly transformed 589,830 SF Class A building in January 2023

BDO joins an impressive tenant roster that includes Johns Hopkins University, RK&K, Venable, The National Aquarium, Centurylink and Blackwall Hitch restaurant. The Candler Building is now WELL Building Health Safety Rated and has a UL Verified Healthy Building Mark.
